Good cutthroat fishing

If winds are light, the estuary can be a good place to target cutthroat. Anglers can find good cutthroat fishing and bank access on the forest service property. Please be mindful of out-migrating salmon and steelhead smolt. If you catch these young salmonids, consider switching to barbless hooks and/or moving to a new location. Remember, no angling from a floating device on this river; bank angling or wading only.
