The boat ramps are still accessible . The reservoir is about 40 feet lower than summer full pool. They are slowly filling the lake. The reservoir was stocked with rainbow trout in the middle of March. The reservoir is being stocked again this week. A lower reservoir can mean the fish are concentrated and easier to target. Angling should be good.

Sprague River- North Fork: Flows are declining and still not very fishable
Kilchis River: The Kilchis will remain low and clear for another week
Nehalem River: The lower Nehalem mainstem is still in decent shape this week
Nehalem River- North Fork: The North Fork Nehalem is going to stay low and clear again this week
Nestucca River: There are still hatchery and wild steelhead available in the Nestucca River
Three Rivers: Three Rivers will be very low and clear this week
Trask River: The Trask will stay on the low side again this week but will remain fishable
Wilson River: The Wilson is low and clear, and fishing has slowed
Cooper Creek Reservoir: The water does have some color
Diamond Lake: Angling should be good
