Owyhee Reservoir is nearly full, all boat ramps are open with the exception of the county ramp near the dam. Water temperatures will vary depending on where you are and water clarity is fair. Bass fishing has been fair this spring.
There is a strong year class of smaller crappie this year but there are a few larger crappie throughout the reservoir.
Channel catfish are abundant in the reservoir, the best places to target catfish are relatively shallow flats throughout the reservoir.
