This river above Green Peter Reservoir gets stocked regularly from late spring through the summer. It will be stocked this week with 1,400 hatchery trout. Currently flows are just above 80 cfs. Best conditions for fishing are below 300cfs. Light tackle including flies works best, but bait is allowed. The river above Green Peter Reservoir is open year-round.

Trout are active year-round, and anglers are allowed to keep up to five fish daily.
