SIUSLAW RIVER: Winter steelhead
Like its neighbors, the Siuslaw has winter steelhead moving into the system. Fish have been showing up in pretty big numbers at our Whitaker trap and are hanging around in the upper Siuslaw Basin. Going into the weekend like its neighbors the bite should be quite good with the recent rains! This will be the last opportunity to fish for Steelhead on the Siuslaw before it closes next week.
