No retention of wild coho is allowed.
The Wilson River is low and clear at this time, so fishing for fall Chinook will be slow to fair. Concentrate on the lower river where the potential to catch a fresh fish is higher until we get more rain... Jordan Creek is the upstream deadline for Chinook angling. The bag limit is 1 wild adult Chinook per day and 2 for the season in the Tillamook basin in aggregate.
The Wilson gets a run of hatchery summer steelhead. There are fish throughout the fishery (up to South Fork). Fall can be a good time of year to target these fish as the dropping water temperatures can make them more active and willing to bite.
