The road is open as of now to the lower lake. The upper lake is not accessible right now. If you want to camp at lower Blue, I would call PG&E for the status to see when or if it may open.

West Carson River: The area in Hope Valley has produced some good rainbows in the 1 to 3 lb class
East Carson River: Fishing has been a little slow but a few have been caught in the 4 to 6lb class
Markleeville Creek: Fishing was hot over the weekend
