North and South Twin bank access is good and the roads are now clear to get up there. It is my understanding all USFS Boat Ramps are closed. I know today people were using the ramp and the store put in the dock at South. That surprises me. My friend AARP Tim was on the lake and another friend Jerry, and they did well tubing the edges. Tim on a Soft Hackle and Jerry on a Damsel Nymph.
